Carpel Tunnel Syndrome from doing work with your hands while your wrists are at a bad angle is one of the more well known of these injuries. Some of the activities that can contribute are typing on a computer keyboard or playing a piano keyboard that's at the wrong height or angled so that you have to bend or twist your wrists.
